Surgery won't fix JT's swing...

Like you, I spent years wandering the golf swing desert — confused, frustrated, and constantly chasing that one crispy shot that makes the game worth it. I tried every tip, every method, every quick fix. I hit thousands of range balls, only to feel more lost. I know what it feels like to wonder, “Maybe golf just isn’t for me.” Golf doesn’t have to be this hard. Once I discovered how to simplify the swing, everything changed: ✔️ Consistent, pure contact ✔️ Effortless distance ✔️ Confidence in every shot That transformation became SagutoGolf — now trusted by over 100 million golfers worldwide through YouTube, social media, and students like you. If you're ready to stop struggling, skip the confusion, and finally hit it crispy — I’m here to guide you.

The wrong swing can shred your back finer than cheddar cheese.

Justin Thomas ("JT") learned this lesson the hard way. His swing wasn't very body friendly, and it caused him to have back surgery.

JT followed a very common "pain swing sequence" I see with a lot of golfers:

(1) Lifting arms very high in the backswing

(2) Re-routing and dropping the club into the correct downswing position.

(3) Aggressive, contorted-looking hip moves through impact.

All three moves place incredible stress on the lower back, hips, and knees. Swing the club 120 miles per hour and pain is inevitable.

Now JT's back to swinging again BUT he hasn't learned his lesson...

He's using the same "pain swing sequence" with his "new" back. If he keeps this up, he'll be sidelined again (and I'd hate to see that).

There are 2 ways to swing the club. Don't learn the painful one.

A lot of golf instruction focuses on the "vertical swing" today. We're told by experts that the vertical swing generates more speed. If you've been taught to get your arms higher and higher in the backswing, now you know why.

But here's the thing...

Charles Howell III is 46 years old and hits 310 yards off the tee using a low hands swing. A swing that looks effortless and easy. Like he's barely working.

JT is 32 years old and hits it 305 off the tee with a vertical hands swing.

Vertical hands doesn't mean more speed. It means more stress. You should never stress your body for speed. It always ends badly.

In today's video I show you the key differences between JT's "vertical hands" swing and Charles Howell's "low hands" swing.

Knowing this is crucial to having a pain-free, powerful and consistent swing.
